Senior Associate Lawyer Associate Lawyer lawyer with more than 15 years of practice in IP and IP litigation, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Ms. Penteado holds a law degree from the University Center of Brasilia and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon (FDUL). 

Ms. Penteado serves national and international clients from the most diverse economic sectors. She published the article "Prescreve em cinco anos a ação de perdas e danos pelo uso de marca comercial (Súmula 143/STJ)" [A suit for losses and damages for use of a trademark is time-barred by statute of limitations in five years (Precedent 143/Superior Court of Justice)] in the compilation Legal Interpretations of the Superior Courts - Commercial Law I, São Paulo: RT, 2017, pages 171-180. She is an active member of the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI).
