There are several methods to increase innovation, among them:

  • "LEI DO BEM" (THE GOOD LAW):

    Does your company conduct Research & Development and Technological Innovation? The Law 11.196/05, known as Lei do Bem (The Good Law), is the main Brazilian tax incentive mechanism for Technological Research and Development of Technological Innovation. Since 2006, through our own methodology, we have systematically and safely implemented the process of managing the Technological Innovation Program.

  • ROUTE 2030:

    Route 2030 is an automotive incentive program that grants presumed credits of taxes over industrialized products (IPI) to companies with investment plans in Brazil. We advise companies from criteria creation, scenario simulation and credit calculation to accountability and training of those involved.

  • "LEI DA INFORMÁTICA" (COMPUTER LAW):

    Does your company manufacture computer, communication and automation equipment? The Computer Law allows the reduction of the rates regarding the taxes over industrialized products (IPI) on the sale of products (80% to 100%). Depending on the region, it also allows the reduction of the tax on the circulation of goods, interstate and intercity transportation and communication services (ICMS) on the incentive products, as well as the suspension of the taxes over industrialized products (IPI) on the acquisition of inputs (domestic and imported) for their manufacture.


    We advise companies at all stages of the use of their tax incentives, i.e., from the annual report to the preparation of the Compendium Dossier with all documentation involved in the process.

  • FUND-RAISING:

    By raising funds (repayable and non-repayable) companies can accelerate the process of Research, Development and Technological Innovation, mitigating risks and uncertainties. As specialists in innovation processes, we work with our own methodology and best practices for the development of the innovation plan, survey of funding programs and complete management of approved projects
