About Us

Peduti Advogados is a law firm specialized in intellectual property legal services.

With 47 years of experience in such fields of law, our tradition arises from the excellent standards pursued by our practice and from the expertise and deep knowledge of our team of professionals.


Our office is strategically located in the business and financial center of São Paulo , the biggest city in Brazil and Latin America, steps away from the BPTO (Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office).

Our Practice

We offer full IP legal services for every industry and technology.

Our practice includes all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright, software, domain names, advertising and trade secret law including advising, counseling, prosecution, licensing and litigation .


We also represent clients on IP issues related to intellectual trade, portfolio management, counterfeiting and unfair competition.

Facts

Our team consists of 43 people, ranging from paralegals to technicians, trainees to partners – all of them focused in the IP practice.
