Senior attorney with over 19 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, with

extensive expertise in complex and strategic legal consultancy related to the protection of

intangible assets, portfolio management in Brazil and abroad, drafting and negotiating

various contracts involving Intellectual Property Rights and carrying out specialized due

diligence on Intellectual Property for M&A purposes.

Member of the Non-Traditional Marks Committee of the Internacional Trademark

Association (2022-2023). Member of the Commercialization of Brands Committee of the

Internacional Trademark Association (2024-2025).

• Trademarks and Unfair Competition, Antitrust Law, and Copyright classes at Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Chicago (2010)
• Post-graduation in Competition Law – Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2006)
